Paris may be 5,633 miles away, but students can still make minimovies set in France by filming on the Museum’s grounds. Taking inspiration from the exhibition By Day & by Night: Paris in the Belle Époque, filmmaking instructor Kim Adelman demonstrates storytelling shortcuts and in-camera techniques before leading teams of teens armed with iPads to shoot two-minute adventures set in the French capital.
