Whether you are new to drawing or a seasoned professional, join artist Oscar Rodriguez for a course designed to help artists hone their fundamental skills and grow their practice to new heights. Using art from the Museum’s collections as a guide, students start by breaking artworks down to their most basic forms. After covering building blocks such as line and value, the course culminates with an in-depth study of how specific artists applied these fundamentals to their own oeuvre.
Classes are held on Fridays from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. (skipping Free First Fridays and March 13).
