Now that school is in full swing and days are busy with homework and exams, take a moment to let go by looking closely at Sam Francis’ Basel Mural I. Notice how Francis used warm and cool colors while leaving open spaces of white to form his composition. Then, create your own watercolor painting exploring different hues.
