Artist Jamie Sweetman conducts a six-session course focusing on various areas of the Museum, from the Sculpture Garden to the European and Asian art collections. Students learn techniques like breaking down a composition into simple shapes, structuring a drawing using line and making gesture drawings.
Examine the poses of Auguste Rodin’s sculptures in the Front Garden, and create a drawing that considers volume, value and gesture.

- All levels of experience are welcome. Each class is $25 ($20 for members), and space is limited to 20 participants. All materials and admission to the galleries on the day of class are included.
