Join art educator and yogi Lluvia Higuera in a painting and yoga workshop on gestures (mudras), poses and iconography in sculptures from South and Southeast Asia. Explore the meanings gathered from these works through painting, meditation and gentle yoga. All levels of yoga experience are welcome, and participants are encouraged to bring a mat. A few mats are available upon advance request. (Yoga takes place outside.)
