Learn how artists from the past used graphic elements in their artworks to describe the world around them. In classes led by artist Melissa Manfull, observe color, composition, architecture and printmaking to create graphic artworks inspired by masters of 19th- and 20th-century art and design.

Learn about nonrealistic color systems and create a self-portrait inspired by Georges Lacombe and other 19th- and 20th-century artists. Discover how to simplify a chosen color system to reflect mood and atmosphere.

Fee:
All levels of experience are welcome. Each class is $25 ($20 for members), and space is limited to 20 participants. All materials and admission to the galleries on the day of class are included.
